This luxury vacation home is located on Palace Ave. a short walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road.This completely remodeled home is perfect for small and large groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The large fully equipped granite kitchen is open to the great room with it's large flat panel TV and fireplace. There is lot's of comfortable seating in the great room. The home has full air conditioning for summer stays. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom also have large flat panel TV's. There is instant hot water in all bathrooms and the kitchen. There is a 5 person Jacuzzi/hot tub in the enclosed green house. This vacation rental house makes a Santa Fe vacation fun and easy for families and friends.


        You'll love walking 4 blocks down Palace Ave to the historic Plaza; or over to Canyon Road; or strolling to museums, galleries, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, grocery store. Ski 1/2 hour up the mountain, or take the kids sledding in the park. Come home and relax in the big bubbling hot tub with foot massage jets before you gather for drinks on the big breezy front patio. Then walk to dinner at one of Santa Fe's many fine restaurants, or grill on the gas or charcoal grills in the private yard.



        Built in the 1950's and remodeled in 2008, Casa Bonita is beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of neat antiques, plush sofas and firm beds. Original art by New Mexico artists and fun Southwest artifacts are on display, and richly colored rugs brighten the oak floors throughout. Hand plastered tinted walls and a nice big fireplace add ambiance. Fine cotton sheets, thick towels, robes, down pillows will give you a luxurious experience. There are flower gardens in the front and back yards.
